Eye Spy with My Little Eye......Cake Pops!!!!

We had a little bit of fun last week creating some Cake Pops using our new coloured edible icing eyes.

Lydia was in charge of bringing a sweet to a Greys Anatomy fancy dress trivia night, so she decided to bring something a little different. It was only fitting that she make Eyeball Cake Pops to tie in with the surgical theme.

I am sure you would agree that they really looked effective and the assorted coloured icing eyes added a fun element to each Cake Pop:)  

Not only did they look great but they tasted amazing too. They were chocolate and coconut and I have to confess I may have had a couple too many to eat.  

In order to create these cake pops we used a range of our great cake pop products including;

• Merkens Candy Melts for the outer candy shell. 
• 4" Paper Lollipop Sticks
• Assorted coloured 1/2" Icing eyes
• Red Cake Decorating Pen 
• 12" round Dummy Foam to display them on.
